    Mr. Flores has been involved in the construction industry for over two decades. He represents businesses and public agencies in all sectors of the construction industry, including heavy industrial, transportation, infrastructure, architectural and engineering, commercial, retail, and residential. He has handled disputes in excess of $32,000,000.

    His clients include stakeholders across the construction industry including project owners and developers, design professionals, construction managers, general contractors and subcontractors, material suppliers, and product manufacturers. He has represented international, national, and local businesses in all forms of ADR proceedings, including mediation and arbitration, as well as bench and jury trials in state and federal courts. He also defends contractors in disciplinary actions initiated by the Contractors State License Board.
