About Ashley Arcidiacono
Ashley M. Arcidiacono is the founder of Abogada Ashley Immigration, Inc. which she opened in April 2017. Ashley practices solely immigration law. She is licensed to practice law in California. Ashley represents clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and affirmatively before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Ashley is an active member of her local American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) chapter. She has
extensive experience in assisting undocumented crime victims to obtain lawful immigration status. In particular, Ashley has helped numerous undocumented crime victims to navigate the U visa petitioning process as well as to obtain relief under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). She has also participated as a panelist/speaker on U visas at the 2015 AILA California Chapters Conference and at the 2016 AILA National Conference, and she regularly speaks on the topic of immigration options for domestic violence survivors during South Bay Community Services’ annual domestic violence training held for law enforcement personnel, social workers and other domestic violence advocates and first-responders. She has also published an AILA article on the topic of U visa certifications and prior to that, an article while in law school regarding relief under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). Ashley has also successfully represented individuals in their asylum applications in immigration court. She is passionate about assisting vulnerable populations and enjoys the opportunity she is given every day to positively impact the lives of individuals and families through a combination of zealous advocacy and compassion.
