Bryan Kessler, P.A.

Bryan S. Kessler, J.D., LL.M., graduated cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law with a focus in estate planning and taxation. He continued his education in the Graduate Tax Program at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, earning a Master of Laws in Taxation. Prior to starting the Law Firm of Bryan S. Kessler, P.A., Mr. Kessler was a partner with a boutique estate planning firm where he gained experience drafting and implementing comprehensive and complex estate plans. Prior to that, Bryan worked as a legal extern in the IRS Office of Chief Counsel gaining valuable experience litigating tax disputes before the U.S. Tax Court. While with IRS Office of Chief Counsel, Bryan successfully litigated his first case before the U.S. Tax Court.

While a student in the Graduate Tax Program, Bryan served as a pro bono attorney at a local low-income taxpayer clinic, representing indigent taxpayers before the IRS in various matters, including examinations, appeals, and collection due process hearings. In addition, Mr. Kessler provides pro bono estate planning representation to individuals who suffer from cystic fibrosis, and pro bono representation to clients in need from Legal Aid of Manasota.
