Course Description

This course was recorded on December 1st, 2017

Learn how to deal with your client’s IRS tax debts, whether you are a family law, business, real estate or immigration attorney. Many clients have tax debt problems and if you don’t know how to work around them, you may be prevented from advising them adequately. This course is also helpful to non-practicing attorneys, such as accountants and CPAs. In this course you will learn how to prevent tax liens, settle tax debts with the IRS, enroll clients in affordable installment agreements, abate penalties, petition for tax court, conduct tax audits, avoid trust fund recovery penalties and prevent harsh collection liens and levies for your client.
