This course explores the regulatory and legal framework for alcohol manufacturing, distribution and sales in the United States. The course discusses an overview of the three-tier system of distribution, tied house laws, and the unique trade practice requirements governing alcohol beverages. This complex area of state and federal alcohol laws can seem overwhelming, especially for the attorney new to the practice of beverage alcohol law and we hope this course can help practitioners work through some of that confusion to understand the basics of this unique practice.
