Course Description

As an Intermediate course addressed to the US Practitioner, we assume basic (US) IP knowledge and introduce Asian IP concepts, weighted towards China, Japan, and Korea. While weighted towards patents, we will also discuss TMs, Designs, Utility Models, and Trade Secrets.
