If your client owns a business using an expert and getting a business valuation is a necessary and integral part of your dissolution proceeding. Business Experts can be your best friend when a marital business is part of your case. They are an excellent resource to understanding the business valuation, the approaches involved and how best to support the valuation. If you have a competing expert and valuation your expert can help you understand the competing valuation and how best to challenge it while bolstering your valuation and expert to the Court.
