Course Description

Live Webcast - March 25th, 2019

  • 12:00-1:45pm PST / 1:00-2:45pm MST / 2:00-3:45pm CST / 3:00-4:45pm EST

This course is intended to empower counsel—whether specializing in litigation or transactional matters—to comprehensively advise business clients with an understanding of the global issues affecting their operations. Understanding of the connection between economic and operational risks and the client’s “bottom line” is critical for counsel grounded in either area of practice. By taking a “holistic view” of issues and relationship, counsel can be well-equipped to address client concerns, provide effective representation, and build long-term support relationships.
