    Justie Nicol started her solo criminal defense law firm, Nicol Law Offices, LLC, in 2015 after serving as a Deputy District Attorney in the Denver metro area. Justie has prior experience in bankruptcy, tax, and workers’ comp defense. She has also worked for the ACLU, and was a contract unemployment appeals judge in Idaho where she is also licensed. She is a graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and has lectured at both the University of Denver and Regis University. She operates a paperless, almost virtual, law office as well as a third-generation property management business using her undergraduate degree in Accounting and Business from Colorado State University.
