Course Description

Cases are not won or lost at trial, they are won or lost in deposition. This course will discuss the difference between simply asking questions and strategically defeating claims and defenses. You will learn strategies in gaining admissions, capturing the winning soundbyte, and not allowing the witness off the hook before providing a truly responsive answer. Handling common witness issues will be discussed as well.
