Abdelrahman Zeini has ten years of experience drafting commercial real estate contracts, overseeing development, negotiating commercial real estate, and analyzing real estate matters. He received his Juris Doctor from Florida A & M College of Law in 2007, graduating number three in his class, being a member of the law review, and achieving High Honors (magna cum laude). He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in 2004, graduating with a degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Economics.
For the past 11 years, Abdelrahman has been an attorney at the Orlando based firm, the Zeini Law Firm PA. He recently was promoted to Managing Partner in January of 2016. In this role, he has drafted commercial real estate contracts, leases, litigated commercial real estate matters, and represented small businesses, banks, and corporations in real estate purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and mergers and acquisitions. He has drafted notes, mortgages, modifications, forbearance agreements, assignments, and deeds in the commercial context. He has also drafted and created complex commercial leases for shopping centers, land developments, construction, and management agreements. He has also represented owners and developers in finalizing real estate development contracts, in all stages of the transaction.
Abdelrahman also provides Real Estate Brokerage services for his clients and specializes mainly in Commercial and Luxury Residential Real Estate. In this role, he is able to advise his clients and provide the value-added service of his legal expertise in locating, financing, negotiating leases, and managing commercial real estate projects and developments.
In addition to this experience, Abdelrahman teaches a Real Estate Law class and a Real Estate Sales Associate class at Valencia College in Orlando, Florida and dedicates a section on Commercial Land Use, Financing, and Title Examinations and Insurance.
