Amanda Bryan graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Music and received her Master’s Degree in Writing with an emphasis in Book Publishing from Portland State University. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lewis and Clark Law School with a certificate in Intellectual Property law. Amanda was the National Jurist Law Student of the year for Oregon and was the recipient of numerous academic scholarships and awards. She was the ghostwriter for a book on entertainment law while in law school and edited a case book on copyright law. She is a practicing lawyer representing clients from all over the world specializing in intellectual property including copyright, trademark, and related subjects. Amanda ran a digital publishing services company for many years and, in addition to practicing law, now teaches intellectual property and copyright law in the Book Publishing Master’s Program at Portland State University.
