Brian L. Levine is a Managing Director at EY, where he leads a group focused on cybersecurity and data privacy. Prior to joining EY, he served for seven years as Senior Counsel in the US Department of Justice’s Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section and National Coordinator for a team focused on computer hacking, intellectual property prosecution, and the lawful gathering and use of digital evidence.
Previously, Levine served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Internet and Technology Bureau at the New York Attorney General’s Office, a County Prosecutor in Detroit, and a Civil Litigator in Silicon Valley and New York. He clerked for federal judges in the Southern District of Florida and on the Seventh Circuit. He earned his JD at New York University and his BA at the University of Pennsylvania.
