Jacqueline is from Los Angeles. She earned her bachelor’s degree at UCLA and moved to New Orleans in 2010 to attend Tulane Law School. Before joining John’s practice, Jacqueline provided research assistance on tax issues to renowned Tulane Tax Professor Shu-Yi Oei and clerked for Judge John D. Saunders of the Louisiana Third Circuit Court of Appeal. Jacqueline has spent hundreds of hours in the courtroom representing clients in rules, evidentiary hearings, judge and jury trials and all manner of adversarial proceedings in both federal and Louisiana state courts. She has achieved levy releases, decreased tax liability, and prepared numerous successful legal briefs on tax issues in state, local, and federal disputes. Jacqueline is barred in the United States Tax Court.
