Over the past 10 years, the focus Ms. Van Haren has been dedicated to all thing’s family law. Her practice evolved based on the legal needs of clients and her dedication to meet those needs through all of life’s transitions and challenges. Her office motto is “Family Law Practice Specializing in the Delivery of Creative Solutions”. As the family dynamic was changing, she realized that the practice too needed to adapt, create and be creative in the delivery of solutions. Each case is unique with its own set of special circumstances and she realized the need for a Team of Experts in their specialized fields. Therefore, she began building a successful network of professionals to meet those needs of clients based on different genres of law, business and local sectors. Then she began incorporating these professionals to assist in moving her practice into a streamlined settlement-driven Mediation and Collaborative Family Law practice. Patricia developed a passion for out-of-court solutions for her clients and decided to transition exclusively over the next year into a non-litigating practice.
By 2020, Atty. Van Haren became certified in Mediation, Collaborative Law and was also placed on the list as a court-approved to be appointed Minors Counsel Attorney in Orange County and Los Angeles County.
