Samuel Lemon is an associate in our firm and is also both a tax attorney and a Certified Public Accountant. His expertise lies primarily in federal and state tax controversy and he has experience representing individuals before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the Franchise Tax Board (FTB), the Employment Development Department (EDD), and the Board of Equalization (BOE).
