Sarah A. Mannion is a senior associate attorney with Candyce M. King, P.A. Her practice focuses on Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases, primarily debtor representation. Ms. Mannion has recently expanded her practice to include real estate litigation and transaction, as well as probate and estate planning. Prior to joining the firm as an attorney in April 2013, Ms. Mannion worked as a bankruptcy paralegal beginning in June 2007. She is a member of the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association (JWLA) and the Florida Association of Women Lawyers (FAWL) and has been a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association and the Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association. Ms. Mannion currently serves as President-Elect of JWLA for the 2018-2019 year, as well as Board President of the Women’s Center of Jacksonville, a 501c3 organization dedicated to improving the lives of women in Northeast Florida. She recently received the 2018 “Leader in the Law” Award by the Florida Association of Women Lawyers. Ms. Mannion supports the work of Jacksonville Area Legal Aid by representing clients on pro bono cases from JALA, attending Ask a Lawyers events, presenting at Lawyers in Libraries, volunteering at senior-advanced directive events and the Bankruptcy Pro Se Clinics. She has received pro bono recognition from the Florida Bar each year since being admitted to the Bar. Ms. Mannion is a Jacksonville native; she received her B.A. in political science from the University of North Florida in 2007 and her J.D. cum laude in 2012 from Florida Coastal School of Law.
