MCLE Requirements
Total Credits Required: 30 hours per period
Specialty Credits Required:  5 hours ethics, professionalism, mental illness awareness, or substance abuse per period
Reporting Period:  3 years
End of Period:  Varies according to Attorney admission
Credit Hour:  50 minutes. Attorney will earn 1 credit for every 50 minutes of instruction.

Attendance Reporting: Attorneys are required to report attendance for all qualified programs by emailing for faxing the Certificate of Attendance to The Florida Bar. *

*Please note: ProLawCLE does not make application to FL for any program. Attending attorneys will receive credit through our Reciprocity Provision.
