You may not be able to avoid receiving an ADA complaint, but you can control how you operate daily to protect your business if you are sued. This course reviews the basic requirements of the ADA for businesses, including your legal business, regarding barrier removal, including communication barriers, reasonable accommodations, service animals, and how to apply the law to common accommodation requests.
