This course will cover the recent changes in federal policy, looking back on how the federal position has evolved, and examine how the legal community has interpreted the Sessions Memorandum. In addition, we will look at some of the struggles that marijuana industry faces and how some attorneys are working within those shifting sands to create protections for their clients.
