Course Description

This program was recorded on May 25, 2021

Bankruptcy is esoteric and daunting for attorneys who have not been exposed to its procedure, policies and/or substance. This course is designed to take away any trepidation when a client contacts you, either as a debtor or creditor, with a potential bankruptcy issue. It explores bankruptcy nomenclature, deadlines and what bankruptcy can and cannot do for a debtor and/or creditor.  An attorney attending this program should walk away with a good overview of what issues come up during a bankruptcy and how those issue can be discussed in general terms with the client.
