You would be hard pressed to find a pet owner who does not feel that their pet provides them emotional support but does that make them a Service Animal under the American with Disabilities (“ADA”)? Is an Emotional Support Animal the same as a Service Animal? Can anyone one have a Service Animal and do you have to let them in your business? This course will assist business owners, and Service Animal owners, understand the rights and obligations of the animal’s owner and help business from violating those rights.
