Suing a major cruise line like Carnival, Royal Caribbean or Norwegian requires knowledge of Federal Law, Maritime Law, International Law and Personal injury law. This course will unravel some of the complex legal issues involved in holding a cruise line accountable for medical negligence, shore side excursion accidents, and sexual assault and battery caused by a fellow passenger or crew member.
