You were hired to represent a client accused of committing domestic violence. Now what? This course will cover the introductory basics of defending against domestic violence criminal charges ranging from managing your client’s expectations from the first meeting to important tips that you will have to consider throughout the course of your representation. An overview of practice tips, common evidentiary issues, legal defenses, and sentencing terms will also be discussed as well.
