Course Description

This program was recorded on July 13, 2021

The Employee Retention Credit (ERC) is a refundable tax credit intended to encourage business owners to keep their employees on the payroll and minimize the number of workers filing for unemployment benefits. During 2020 and 2021 Congress has made several changes to the qualification requirements for this credit. This course will examine those changes as well as how to maximum the total credit for businesses who received loans from the Paycheck Protection Program.
