This course will cover the basics of how to represent clients in family court hearings where domestic violence is at issue. The course will address the initial considerations every family law attorney should think about at the beginning stages of a case involving domestic violence. In addition, the course will provide tips and strategies related to the preparation for a hearing involving domestic violence issues.
