Course Description

This program was recorded on April 29, 2021

Military personnel carry no exemption from Family Law-related issues. Many of them are separated or divorced. They may wish to obtain custody orders. They might be paying support, be in arrears, or be in need of receiving support. When property division occurs, either in negotiations or at trial, the issue of military pension division looms large and may be puzzling for many practitioners. While divorce is never a desirable outcome for a family, knowledgeable attorneys equipped with the best legal resources can make a meaningful difference for servicemembers and their families.
