This course will discuss the basics of loan documents and real property encumbrances, the players involved in the foreclosure timeline, actions that lead to a lender’s declaration of default, the different types of decision-makers following the initiation of a foreclosure matter and tips on counseling clients through the process with a focus on being mindful of what is possible and what is probable.
