This CLE will provide a general understanding of the process involved in a residential real estate transaction from the inception of the transaction through the real estate closing. Topics will be discussed from the Buyer’s and the Seller’s perspective.

Her responsibilities include Title Insurance Transactions in Residential and Commercial Real Estate; the Representation of Developers in Commercial Real Estate Transactions, and; the Representation of Clients in Business/Corporate Law Matters. Hinden is certified as a Florida Bar Real Estate Board Certified Specialist and serves on the committee for the certification – responsible for proposing criteria for the issuance and renewal of certification, reviewing applications, and developing and grading examinations.

SC Attorneys please note: Registration must occur no later than 5 business days from the event date or course accreditation is not guaranteed.

If for some reason a particular course does not receive approval in the attorney's primary state of licensure, ProLawCLE will give credit for a future approved course or give a full refund, if applicable.
