Course Description

This program was recorded on November 14, 2018

An overview of the immigration system for foreign investors. Considering which investment option to pursue is not a simple matter of how much money an investor is willing to put in the U.S. economy. Immigration goals, taxation, treaties, and nationality, are just a few of the elements that an investor has to consider before moving forward with an investment in the United States. This course will give an overview of the key programs available for investors who wish to move to the U.S. and develop their enterprise.
