This course is an introduction to motorcycle cases and how to handle them from choosing the client and the case, and whether to go to trial or settle. It has concepts of investigation post-accident and post-trial. It also details how to conduct yourself in front of the jury and judge during trial.

Sy Nazif is the founder and co-owner of RiderzLaw, one of the preeminent motorcycle accident firms in the country. Over the course of his career, he has handled thousands of motorcycle accident cases. Mr. Nazif went to law school at University of California Hastings and clerked for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Nazif is an American Motorcycle Institute certified mechanic and “expert status” WERA motorcycle racer.
