This course will cover critical issues to be addressed by practitioners in negotiating commercial leases beginning with providing the initial three-step process of (1) execution of a Nondisclosure Agreement, (2) Letter of Intent and then (3) lease negotiations. In addition I will address a number of hot button issues, in leases that practitioners should be made aware of.

Michael Feinstein, a Florida native, procured his JD from Nova Southeastern University, in Fort Lauderdale Florida in 1986.

During law school Michael opened MLF Realty Inc. in 1985 a Florida Licensed Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage Company, focusing on commercial leasing and sales of Shopping Centers and Office Condominiums, while attending law school, has been a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker for 35 years and was a Licensed Mortgage Broker from 1985 thru 2010. Michael has been the President and Managing Partner of Michael L. Feinstein, P.A. since 1988.
