Everyone has their own negotiating style and tactics. During this course, you will hear a different perspective on how to strategize and prepare for successful mediations and informal settlement negotiations. Mrs. Pryor will speak about ways to identify leverage using SWOT analysis, and how to prioritize and utilize leverage to your client’s benefit.

If for some reason a particular course does not receive approval in the attorney’s primary state of licensure, ProLawCLE will give credit for a future approved course or give a full refund, if applicable.
