Dealing with Chinese investors or buyers can be a frustrating process. On top of the language and cultural barrier, many Chinese investors seem to be have a different mindset on the deal process. The uncertainties on the horizon with the revisions to the CFIUS regulations could make things even worse. We have invited an experienced M&A attorney focusing on U.S.-China transactions to provide in-depth analysis on the Chinese investors’ mentalities approaching deals in the U.S. and the key considerations for U.S. attorneys working with Chinese investors and buyers.
