For those who have never litigated a personal injury case, the process can seem overwhelming. This course will provide its viewers with an overview of the Personal Injury Litigation Process. Gary Englander is a shareholder of Englander Peebles, a South Florida AV Rated Personal Injury Law Firm. He practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, and products liability. Mr. Englander has tried numerous jury trials and regularly assists other lawyers as litigation co-counsel. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. Mr. Englander is a member of the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association.
1.5 General Credits
ProLawCLE will seek approval of any CLE program where the registering attorney is primarily licensed with exceptions stated below. Application is made at the time an attorney registers for a course, therefore approval may not be received at the time of broadcasting.
