Determining reimbursements and credits in a divorce can be complicated and confusing. This course will cover the basics of Family Code 2640 and the pertinent cases including IRMO Watts. By the end of this presentation, attendees should have a better understanding of reimbursements and credits to advise any potential client regarding their rights. We will provide case updates to the pertinent precedents and run through some different scenarios based on situations we have experienced in our cases.
