Attorney Jennifer B. GardnerJennifer B. Gardner
I’ve proudly served clients in criminal and civil legal disputes since 1987 as a trial lawyer, and I’ve owned my own law firm in Los Angeles, California since 1992. I’m a proud graduate of the Trial Lawyers College, a writer, a speaker, and a lawyer.

My specialty is developing the story of your case and telling it in a compelling way at every phase of the litigation. I’ve represented individuals and enterprises of all sizes in business and real estate disputes (just about any kind of dispute concerning money, reputation, intellectual property, real property and corporate/partnership dissolutions). I spent years as a criminal defense trial lawyer, defending individuals accused of serious felonies involving allegations of sexual assault, rape, murder, kidnapping, domestic violence, robbery, and cyberbullying, stalking and harassment.

Attorney Twila WhiteTwila S. White
Twila S. White, Principal Attorney of the Law Office of Twila S. White, specializes in labor and employment law and has achieved verdicts and settlements in the six and seven figures. Her practice includes wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and whistleblower cases. She also handles wage and hour violation cases on behalf of employees. Many of Ms. White’s clients are low-wage earners and well-deserving clients who, without someone believing in their cases, would otherwise not receive justice and legal representation. In the seminal Johnson v. United Cerebral Palsy case, 173 Cal.App.4th 740 (2009), she was able to establish as a matter of law the admissibility of “me too” evidence, or “other victims of discrimination” evidence, in proving employment discrimination cases.

Ms. White graduated from the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College in October 2011. She has been recognized for her work by the Los Angeles Daily Journal, and named as a Top 75 Labor and Employment Lawyer and Top Women Lawyer. She is on the Board of Governors of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and Consumer Attorneys of California. In addition, Ms. White is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association, where she is on the Arbitration Task Force Committee. Ms. White was appointed by the Chief Justice of California in 2015 to the Judicial Council’s Civil and Small Claims Advisory Committee and in 2018 to the Committee on Providing Access and Fairness. She has been selected as a Super Lawyer and Rising Star for numerous years since 2007.
