This “Tell The Winning Story” presentation takes attorneys on an epic journey
through Emotional Connection; to themselves, their clients, as well as judge and jury. On this journey, I use the framework of a 3 Act play to anchor each concept and tie each to tangible and practical trial skills that greatly enhance the attorneys’ ability to create and convey powerful case narratives in the courtroom. The program provides a broader context for each concept and skill by connecting a consistent and coherent case narrative from pre-trial, jury selection, openings, direct and cross-exam, and closing arguments. From the presentation, attorneys get a new appreciation for their own trial skills, the importance their work has on their client’s lives and future, and the impact they can make in the courtroom, as well as in their own personal lives.
