From the initial phone call to the first office visit, there are tricks of the trade that every bankruptcy attorney should know. In this course we will learn what questions to ask and what to look for to determine if bankruptcy is the right solution and if so, which chapter is right for your client. you will also learn the paperwork necessary for each chapter and will be given advice on fee agreements etc.
