This course shall consist of an overview of a typical Commercial Real Estate Transaction Closing. Due to the complexity of many commercial deals, the course will provide only of a summary of key issues to look for in a typical transaction. Some examples will be provided of things that can go wrong if a practitioner is not careful. The course will also provide sample documents and checklists that can be used in a typical transaction to help a practitioner organize and make sure nothing is missed in the process.

    Abdelrahman Zeini has ten years of experience drafting commercial real estate contracts, overseeing development, negotiating commercial real estate and analyzing real estate matters. He received his Juris Doctor from Florida A & M College of Law in 2007, graduating number three in his class, being a member of the law review and achieving High Honors (magna cum laude). For the past 11 years, Abdelrahman has been an attorney at the Orlando based firm, the Zeini Law Firm PA. He recently was promoted to Managing Partner in January of 2016. In this role, he has drafted commercial real estate contracts, leases, litigated commercial real estate matters, and represented small businesses, banks and corporations in real estate purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and mergers and acquisitions.
