Course Description

This program was recorded on April 12th, 2019

More people enter the court system with a traffic infraction than with any other type of case. Do you know how to advise your client when they receive an infraction? This course will cover the basic ways a defendant can respond to a citation, what they and you can expect from the process, and how (if needed) to take a traffic infraction to a contested hearing.
