Course Description

This course will go over the basic elements of a Plaintiff’s legal malpractice claim.  We will examine topics such as case selection through trial. We will discuss areas of practice that frequently lead to malpractice claims and the reasons underlying many legal malpractice actions. 

In this course, the viewer will learn how to effectively prosecute a Plaintiff’s legal malpractice action from client intake through trial.
