This course is designed to assist attorneys in helping clients and their families stay out of the probate court. Estate planning documents are only part of the solution. This course will teach you guidance and counseling strategies that will keep your client and their families out of court, the critical importance of trust funding and how do it properly, and how comprehensive documents enable practical solutions.
Becky is the founder and managing attorney of Cholewka Law—an estate planning and probate law firm in downtown Gilbert, Arizona. She realized the importance of estate planning when her dad died when she was only 19. Through the years, she has seen the benefits of great planning, and the nightmare of poor planning. She is passionate about helping protect families and keeping them out of court. Law is a second-career for Becky. Her previous professional experience includes community relations for the Cleveland Indians Baseball Company, non-profit fundraising and event planning for the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, Cleveland Film Commission, and the National Conference for Community and Justice, and lobbying for education issues and health and human service issues for Cleveland Municipal School District.
