Even the most seasoned criminal defense lawyer may find themselves somewhat lost when stepping inside a traffic court due to the relatively informal and widely varying nature of the court. A lack of a prosecutor and relaxed rules of evidence means a variety of strategies that would not normally be available in a misdemeanor or felony court are at play. As fines for infractions are ever increasing and in California are now some of the highest in the country, more and more individuals are seeking representation by an attorney. This course discusses both the basics and advanced strategies for attorneys fighting tickets.
