This program provides an overview of key updates and developments in advertising and marketing law from the past year. The program will cover significant FTC enforcement actions and NAD decisions, as well as other recent developments. 

Topics to be covered include regulatory and self-regulatory enforcement, advertising claims and substantiation, social media and influencers, “green” and “made in the U.S.A” claims and other hot button issues.
