This course is an introduction to motorcycle cases and how to handle them from choosing the client and the case, and whether to go to trial or settle. It has concepts of investigation post-accident and post-trial. It also details how to conduct yourself in front of the jury and judge during trial.

    Steve decided to focus his practice on Plaintiff's personal injury work and specifically, Steve's passion, motorcycle injury accidents. Steve had ridden motorcycles since he got out of the Marine Corps in 1971 and put together engines at night while he attended Law School during the day. The hallmark of his practice is his personal service to his clients. He has tried cases throughout California from Redding to San Diego.
