During this course, you will hear a different perspective on how to strategize and prepare for successful mediations and informal settlement negotiations. Mrs. Pryor will speak about ways to identify leverage using SWOT analysis, and how to prioritize and utilize leverage to your client’s benefit.

She is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience negotiating settlements and resolutions in various matters including personal injury, business, employment.
