Course Description

This course uses real-world examples of the best and worst new client intake practices to highlight the challenges and benefits of getting this aspect of practice management correct. Attendees will leave with proven methods for identifying problems with their firm’s intake, specific ways to train staff, and other keys to turning leads into high-paying clients. We will also spend a significant amount of time on the issue of tracking lead sources and using that data to make good business decisions.
