The Federal Government, the State of California, each County, and individual cities are updating employment regulations nearly daily regarding Covid-19 making figuring out employment regulations complex. This course will cover the regulations as they are on May 25th and what they likely will look like throughout 2020. The course will include an overview of the new Families First Coronavirus Response Act, California Family Medical Leave laws, County Laws, and City regulations. We will discuss how to avoid violating these regulations and what the consequences to employers will if they violation them.
