Course Description

This program was recorded on December 4th, 2018

This course will demonstrate creative and effective methods of presenting documents to a jury in opening statement, using those exhibits in the direct and cross examinations of witnesses, and crushing your opponent in closing argument to obtain a verdict in your favor. We will also discuss the document selection process, best methods of introducing evidence, and how to keep the jury’s attention and focus. Other topics explored will include how to uncomplicate lengthy documentary evidence, how to convey the true meaning of applicable jury instructions, and how to use your (and the other side’s) documents to enhance and maintain your believability and credibility throughout the duration of trial.
